Spor Toto, the sole authorized sports betting organization in Turkey will be sold off to private owners in a leading privatization offer in June 2013. By doing so, they can get $10 billion as stated by the agents. The regular periodical of Turkey named Milliyet asserts that it will be put for sale in market during next year.
The assessment of $10 billion has resulted due to the reason that it gained $24 billion during the period of last eight years from the only authorized sports gambling game of the country named Iddaa. This decision has been taken individually by Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the Prime Minister of the country. It is because Spor Toto is the most important economic advantage under the ownership of sports industry of the country.

It has been declared by PokerStars in Spain to initiate a renowned poker room at the Casino Gran Madrid location of the country. It has been decided in accordance with an agreement made amid the two companies during start of the week. At present, the casino room is in assembling process and will be opened in the first quarter of 2013.
As per statement given by the Group Head of Business Development for PokerStars- Guy Templer, additional number of players will get a chance to enjoy first-rate poker with world-class player experience provided by the PokerStars, by setting up of a stable PokerStars trademarked poker room in the casino.
